Fusible ends, full bore on all body sizes, OD63 - OD180
PE ball valve AVK MAGNUS™ with stem extension and two purge points, for use in the isolation of water and gas on domestic, commercial and industrial premises.
AVK has an extensive range of internationally approved PE ball valves, ranging as of OD25 up to OD180mm. Made from high performance PE100-RC material AVK PE ball valves offer excellent resistance to slow crack propagation and can be welded to all PE100 and PE80 pipes making the valve an integral part of the fully welded leak-free pipe system. Full bore design ensures a reduced pressure drop and greater flow through the valve. All spigot ends can be delivered with double spigot length option, allowing for a second electro fusion weld if needed.

- Seat compression of large sealing surfaces precisely set via separate pre-assembly
- Flexible spindle shaft to ensure equal compression around the O-rings when loaded by internal pressure
- Fully automated socket welding of stem extension and purge pipes for optimal reliability
- Threaded metal bush in purge valve spigot for durable and secure connections
- BSP thread 1" suitable for universal flares
- Stainless steel lever for easy operation of purge valves
- Delivered with pressure retaining plug
