Focus on energy saving and consumption reduction

Firmly instill the vision of “lucid waters and lush mountains are invaluable assets”, adhere to the water-control principle of “giving high priority to saving water, spatial balance, systemic governance, and ensure the both government and market play their respective roles” in Suzhou Industrial Park recently. The Second Sewage Treatment Plant located in Jinyan Road, Suzhou Industrial Park is stepping up its renovation and expansion, built deodorization to the existing facilities, doubled the daily treatment capacity to improve the tail water quality compressively. Its design scale is 300,000 m³/day The initial daily procession scale reaches 150,000m³/day. The project investment is nearly 461,156,200 Yuan. The second sewage treatment plant, Suzhou Industrial Park after establishment will greatly improve upon surrounding water environment, play a very important role on water pollution control, watershed quality protection and ecological balance.
As mentioned on “Ministry of Industry and Information Technology on accelerating the development of environmental protection equipment manufacturing guidance”, aim to water pollution prevention and control equipment, focus on the promotion of cost-effective, high standard, low energy consumption and high efficiency of sewage treatment equipment, promote the restoration of black and odorous water, sewage treatment in rural, urban and industrial park. Therefore, the second sewage treatment plant in Suzhou Industrial Park adopts the multi-site influent inverted A/A/O biological phosphorus and nitrogen removal activated sludge process, meanwhile BIOS process intelligent optimization system is introduced into the aeration process. For sewage treatment plant, aeration is the core part that affects the effluent quality and reduces energy consumption. When excessive aeration will lead to the hydrolysis acidification tank dissolved oxygen too high to affect the activity of anaerobic bacteria. Or Insufficient aeration will result in insufficient oxygen in the water, and anaerobic bacteria will multiply, resulting in substandard sewage treatment. Therefore, AVK S870 piston-type plunger valve used in this project can be used to accurately adjust the aeration volume in the aeration system, to achieve the role of energy saving and consumption reduction.
AVK S870 plunger valve adopts high strength ductile iron integrated casting. All internal components are made of stainless steel or copper, which ensures good corrosion resistance and long service. The detachable bronze guide rail design ensures accurate position after long term use. The most important thing is: AVK can provide accurate software calculation, working condition simulations analysis and fluid calculations to ensure that the products meet the working condition.
