In 2013, AVK holding decided to build a new and world-leading lost form foundry in Wu Jiang industrial park of Anhui Province, which is the first foundry of AVK Group and mainly specializes in the production of valves and hydrants. Its vision is to improve the whole supply chain, provide customers with higher quality & more environmentally friendly lost foam casting products.

The lost form process which is regarded as a revolution in the history of casting and called as green casting, is one of the most advanced casting processes in the world so far with the strengths below:
• More precise casting process and less machining process needed
• Better quality on the casting surface and the high dimensional accuracy
• High degree of flexibility, no parting line, no sand core and suitable for complex shape of castings
• The ceramic sand used in the modeling process without chemical bonding agent and less dust
• Less casting defects, low scrap rate, low labor workload
